A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was dismissed on January 1, 2013 as the house physician of the Diplomatic Association Diplomatic Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Diplomatic Association") to the Foundation in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu.
Since April 2003, the Diplomatic Association purchased 2 Dongs in Gangnam-gu Seoul E-Ba, and purchased 9 households and 10 households for 10 households for 10 households under the name of the victim F who was the victim under item (g) of the same item, to establish the education center, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 11 of the same year.
1. 2. On April 7, 2013, from around 08:20 to 13:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased and owned the E-Ba with the church money; (b) as the victim purchased and owned the E-Ba, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by demonstrationing off the 9 debt by using the church money in his/her personal name for the members and an unspecified number of unspecified people.
3. On April 14, 2013, from around 08:20 to around 13:10, the Defendant purchased 9 loans in the name of F personal name from the Dogggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg
