The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Summary of the lower judgment 1) Defendant was prosecuted as follows.

The Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, shall not import, trade, receive, or use synthetic marijuana (one-name “b”, hereinafter “B”, hereinafter “B”) or MDMA (one-name “ X posters”, and hereinafter “EXP”).

The Defendant, in collusion with B, C, and D, purchased approximately KRW 400,000,000 from the person who was unaware of his/her name in Vietnam, approximately KRW 120,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 from the person who was unaware of his/her name, and imported the hub around October 1, 2019 through the Incheon International Airport, thereby importing a total of at least five million,00,00 won.
