A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2020 Highest 3633,” even though he is not a person handling narcotics, treated MMA, which is a psychotropic drug, as follows:

1. Sale and purchase of MDMA;

A. On September 20, 2019, the Defendant, at around 20:0, decided to purchase MMA (EMA) from the sale of narcotics, etc. on the Internet, which was known through the Internet, using a “mull” method, and purchased MMA (EMA) from the sale of narcotics, etc. on the Internet, and sold MMA using a method of finding the MMA 1,50,000 won for the first floor of FMA (EMA) located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with the payment of approximately 20-30,000 won, after 20-30,0000 won, and then,

C. At around 20:00 on December 2, 2019, the Defendant sold MMA 1,50,000 won in the price in the same manner as the above paragraph was entered in the first floor of French-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

On January 20, 2020, at around 20:0, the Defendant sold MMA 1,60,000 won by finding out the fact that the above person was posted at the same place after approximately KRW 20-30,000,000.

E. On February 8, 2020, around 18:07, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase the MMA (EMA) by means of a single-name “Cbank account (F)” from the Internet, the seller of narcotics, etc. in the name-free type, known through the Internet, at the automated copon of the E-dong branch in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) transferred the price of KRW 320,000 won to the E bank account (F) after about one hour, the Defendant traded MMA by means of finding the MMA 2, which was attached with the above “D” after two hours.

2. MMA medication;

A. On September 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased the MMA1, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1(a), within H vehicles set up in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Street around 23:00.
