Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the defendant A is above two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. On May 24, 2015, the Defendant: (i) purchased and sold Meptopphones (one philopopopon; hereinafter “philopon”); (ii) 2.50,000 won to B from the alleyway adjacent to the F Hospital located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu around 19:40 on May 24, 2015; and (iii) collected approximately 0.3 grams from B in return; (iv) from around 20:00 to 21:00 on the same day, from H’s rest in Sinung-si, the Defendant sawd approximately 0.3 grams of the said philopon, and received KRW 2.50,000 from I in return.
Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased and sold phiphones.
The Defendant: (a) on June 14, 2015, 2015, 25.6.14, 2015, (b) on June 14, 2015, 2015, 1.5: (c) 2.50,000 won to B and 0.3 grams from B in return; and (d) 1, 2.50,000 won to I in return.
Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased and sold phiphones.
(1) On July 24, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime of July 24, 2015: (a) 2.50,000 won to B around the J apartment, as indicated in B’s Sheet, and (b) 0.3g of philopon from B in return, and (c) I am 0.3g of the said philopon, and received 2.50,000 won from I in return.
Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he purchased and sold phiphones.
B. At around 17:00 on June 14, 2015, the Defendant, who administered a phiphone, received from the Defendant, as described in the Shesheshed in the Boo-gu Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of a single-use philon, and received from the Defendant, while transferring the philon to a single-use philon.
Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he administered a philophone, which is a local mental medicine.

The Defendant, on June 14, 2015, took marijuana around June 14, 2015, and dices it with the fire attached to the tobacco paper before Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon.
