A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Since the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant is prohibited from trading, receiving, carrying, possessing, or administering psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as “clopon”; hereinafter referred to as “copon”), and no person shall receive, possess, or smoke marijuana.

1. Crimes related to phiphones;

A. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones from B, on January 1, 2019, at around 18:00, from the FMet, parked in the vicinity of the D Tunnels located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, B in cash at KRW 2,00,00, and 10g of philophones contained in a transparent plastic bag from B, and purchased and sold philophones.

B. On January 2019, at around 20:00 on a lower order of 20:00, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones from G at the Defendant’s residence located in the H building I of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon, and sold approximately 9.3g of philophones contained in a transparent vinyl bag to G.

C. From February 10, 2019, the Defendant received phiphones from B on February 10, 2019, at around 20:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.3 grams of phiphones, which were 0.3g from B, which were parked in the vicinity of K located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ, Nam-gu, and received from B the phiphones without compensation.

On February 11, 2019, the defendant who received philophones from L on February 11, 2019 was above 13:30 on February 11, 2019.

At the same place as described in the port, L without compensation approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in a one-time injection machine, which received philophones without compensation.

E. Around February 20, 2019, the Defendant traded phiphones from B, around 23:00 on February 20, 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones with approximately KRW 0.8g of philophones contained in a transparent plastic bag from B, which was parked in the vicinity of 3rd Station Station located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, with KRW 300,00 in cash from B, and with approximately KRW 0.8g of philophones contained in a transparent plastic bag from B.

F. On February 21, 2019, the Defendant who received phiphones from M around February 21, 2019: (a) around 15:00 on February 21, 2019.

In the same place as described in the paragraph, a philopon is about 0.14g, approximately 0.1g, respectively, to M.
