Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. D worked for the development team, research team, technical research institute, etc. since its entry into the E Co., Ltd. (F) on March 1, 1993.
B. On October 22, 2012, Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.: (a) determined the deceased and the beneficiary’s heir; and (b) concluded a collective security mutual aid agreement with the Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. on October 22, 2012; (c) Defendant Han Korean Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and Non-Distribution Business Welfare Franchise Insurance Co., Ltd.; and (d) Defendant National Credit Union Federation of Korea and the heir of the deceased
C. D, May 2, 2013, 19:20 Suwon-gu G apartment G apartment 605 Dong 304, and died at the multi-use room adjacent to its apartment site located adjacent to the main apartment.

As a legal inheritor of the deceased, there are plaintiffs A, B, and C, who are their spouse.
E. 2. Determination as to the cause of action
A. The Plaintiffs asserted by the Plaintiffs 1 had been treated with depression in a long time before the Deceased’s death, and suffered excessive stress at the time of the death.
