Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are the deceased’s inheritors as the children of the network D (hereinafter “the deceased”). The Defendants are the insurers who concluded the following insurance contracts with the deceased:
B. On December 31, 2013, the Deceased concluded an insurance contract with Defendant DB Insurance Co., Ltd. with the following content (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
1. Insurance type: The first life insurance period of the unpaid professional professional health insurance 1310 2): the insured from December 31, 2013 to December 31, 203 (3): the deceased 4) the insured’s insured amount of insurance coverage of the deceased at the time of death: 100,000,000 won at the time of death of the deceased.
C. On October 23, 2015, the Deceased concluded an insurance contract with Defendant Hansung Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant secondary insurance contract”) with the following contents (hereinafter “instant secondary insurance contract”). The instant first insurance contract and the instant second insurance contract are referred to as “each of the instant insurance contracts”).
1. Insurance types: 10,00,000 won at the time of general injury or death.

Article 17(1)1 of the General Terms and Conditions of the First Insurance Contract of this case provides, “When the insured has impaired himself/herself in a state that he/she is unable to make a free decision due to a mental disorder, etc., he/she shall be entitled to pay insurance proceeds.” Article 23(1)1 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Second Insurance Contract of this case provides, “Where the insured does not pay insurance proceeds,” on purpose, the insured has impaired himself/herself: Provided, That where the insured has impaired himself/herself in a state that he/she is unable to make a free decision due to a mental disorder, etc., he/she shall
