1. Basic facts

A. On February 2, 2012, the deceased B (hereinafter “the deceased”) entered into an insurance contract for the product “undividendd life insurance” (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Defendant KB Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant KB Insurance”). Around February 2, 2012, the content of which is set forth as the amount of KRW 30 million upon death due to a general injury, the deceased, the beneficiary’s statutory heir upon death, the beneficiary’s statutory heir upon death, and the period from February 3, 2012 to February 3, 2053.

B. Around June 2010, the Deceased concluded an insurance contract with the Defendant Hansung Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Hansung Damage Insurance”) on the product that read “the insurance period from June 15, 2010 to June 15, 2053” (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the content of KRW 50,000,000 as the purchase price at the time of death due to a general injury, the Deceased, the deceased, the legal heir of the beneficiary at the time of death, and the statutory heir of the beneficiary at the time of death, and the insurance period from June 15, 2010 to June 15, 2053.

C. On June 201, the Deceased entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant Hansung Damage Insurance (hereinafter “instant third insurance contract”) with the content that the amount of KRW 10 million, funeral expenses of KRW 5.4 million, funeral expenses of KRW 2 million, memorial expenses of KRW 2 million, the Deceased, the Deceased, the beneficiary’s statutory heir in the event of death, the insurance period from June 30, 201 to June 30, 2053.
