1. Basic facts

A. On March 18, 2013, the network D Co., Ltd. and the insured, the deceased, legal heir of the beneficiary at the time of death, and the insurance period from March 18, 2013 to March 18, 2075, the general insurance contract for non-payment of the general injury amounting to KRW 100,000,000 (hereinafter “the insurance contract of this case”) was concluded. Article 1 (Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) of the General Injury and Death Clause 1-1 of the General Injury and Death Clause shall pay the amount of insurance coverage of this Special Clause to the beneficiary if the insured dies as a result of the direct result of the injury during the insurance period of this Special Clause (excluding death caused by a disease).

Article 3 (Reasons for Not Payment of Insurance Money) The Company shall not compensate for any loss prescribed in Section 2 of the General Terms and Conditions and Article 3 (Reasons for Not Payment of Insurance Money) of the Guarantee Clause.
