If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On May 13, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) recommended the victim D (56 years of age) who was a police officer called out after receiving a report of 112 that the Defendant would escape from disturbance on the road in front of the cPC bank located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to invalid and return home; (b) while many citizens observe, the Defendant expressed the victim the victim’s desire to “Pail ju, nice, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and “Fa bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch”
