The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The Defendant, at around 19:50 on January 18, 2014, within the 19:50 on the 19:50 on the Yannam Police Station, the Defendant, within the Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, the Defendant found the said police box along with E, on the ground that he was not the Defendant, who was a customer of the said police box near the said police box, on the ground that he was not taken to the Defendant as a customer. On the part of multiple police officers, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim by citing the Defendant for a large amount of interest, such as “I am frien, I am fri, I am to the police officer, who was a police officer.”

Judgment

On August 7, 2014, the victim submitted a "criminal agreement" to revoke the complaint against the defendant to this court. Thus, it is so decided as per Disposition in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
