A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Around 00:35 on September 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) tried to commit an act of the Defendant at the place indicated in the foregoing “1”, and (b) tried to commit an assault against the victim again getting out of the taxi trial zone. However, the victim did not attend the scambling in excess of the central line, and did not walk in the direction of 380,000 won at the market price. On September 30, 2019, the Defendant destroyed the scam in one time to walk in the direction of 380,000 won at the scambling. Around 00:40 on September 30, 2019, at the place indicated in the foregoing “112, the scambling passenger was accompanied by the taxi and scambling the taxi at the scene, and then the scambling police station affiliated with the Manman Gar Police Station (“the scam”).
