Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Criminal facts

At around 00:50 on July 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) told the Defendant to return home by a slope E belonging to the Kug Government Police Station D District, which was called by the Defendant after receiving a report of 112 that he avoided the disturbance at the drinking house; (b) assaulted the Defendant’s face of the slope E on one occasion by drinking, such as “Chewing shot, a police officer, and a son equal to a bitch bit of a bitch.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties in relation to the suppression of police officers' crimes and protective measures.
