A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:40 on September 20, 2013, the injured Defendant: (a) had a dispute with the friendly I with H in front of Pyeongtaek-si G; (b) brought about the victim J (W, 23 years of age) who is a driver of the I to the right side of the victim who is fright to take about three weeks of treatment on the ground that the victim J (W, 23 years of age) resists this.

2. On September 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) voluntarily committed a crime listed in paragraph (1) at the Seo-gu Office of Gyeonggi-gu Police Station, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, and Gyeonggi-do; (b) had the Defendant used his resident registration certificate that was held by the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising the right; (c) stated “K” in the name column of the voluntary written consent form, which is a private document concerning the certification of facts presented by the police officer in charge, and stated “K” and “L” in the name column of the written consent; and (d) stated “K” and “K” in the name column of the written consent form.” On September 20, 2013, the Defendant forged the voluntary consent form and written consent form, which is a private document concerning the certification of facts, and used it to deny others’ resident registration numbers.

3. The Defendant: (a) submitted the written consent and written statement to the police officer in charge of being aware of the above forgery at the time and place specified in paragraph (2) as if he were a document duly formed; and (b) exercised the same.
