Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a bicycle not registered in approximately 50 meters section prior to the exit of the new forest station No. 1 in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the new forest road No. 318 National Bank, prior to the exit of the new forest station No. 1 in the same Dong, without obtaining a license for a motorcycle around 17:10.

2. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant, who violated the Resident Registration Act, discovered the forgery of private documents, the uttering of a false investigation document, and the violation of the Resident Registration Act, on the grounds that safety equipment was not put in place, etc., on the grounds of driving without a license. The Defendant was informed of the Defendant’s penal D resident registration number on the ground that the Defendant could have discovered the fact of driving without a license, but, on November 29, 2006, the Defendant was revoked the license on the ground of the violation of the renewed license, and was requested from the said C to prepare a written confirmation on the fact of driving without a license.

In preparing the above confirmation document on July 17, 2015, the Defendant without authority, without authority, stated that the Defendant’s name “D,” resident registration number, “E,” and “I himself, at around July 17, 2015, was exposed to the police officer as he/she is driving a non-registered motor vehicle for approximately 50 meters from the National Bank to the old end of July 17, 2015.” The Defendant signed the confirmation document “D” and submitted it to the said C immediately after signing it on the confirmation document.

As a result, the defendant is merely to forge and use a letter of confirmation in the name of D, which is a private document related to the certification of facts, and to make an evaluation of the number of crimes different, without any changes in the indictment.

D's resident registration number was used unlawfully.
