1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an insurer that entered into an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with respect to Drocketing motor vehicles owned by C (hereinafter “instant motor vehicles”).

On September 30, 2015, the Plaintiff expressed to the Defendant the intent to suspend payment guarantee regarding medical expenses incurred in the instant traffic accident.
