【Criminal Facts】
1. Around 07:00 on November 3, 2018, the Defendant driven a FNAS car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.095% without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 50 meters from the front of the road located in Daegu Jung-gu, Seoul to the front of the road located in D located in the same Gu.
