1. At night, on June 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen goods worth KRW 2,100,000 by using one cellphone in the amount of KRW 1,30,000, a total of 2,100,000, the market price of the victim E-owned by the victim who opened and intruded a 'D' in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) and (c) the victim E, who was in a plan for the said location by opening and exposing a 'D' door-to-face, and by using one cell phone of KRW 1,30,000, the market price of which was 800,000.

2. Intrusion upon residence, theft;

A. On May 15, 2016, between 08:24 and 08:38, the Defendant stolen money and valuables equivalent to KRW 1,390,000, total amount of KRW 1,390,000 owned by the victim H, who opened and intruded “G” 305, and locked doors located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and was set off by the victim H, who was diving.

B. On May 21, 2016, between 06:00 and 07:00, the Defendant opened and intruded the “J” 208 in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and stolen the money and valuables worth KRW 425,000,000, totaled of KRW 5,000,000 in cash owned by the victim K, and KRW 10,000 in the market price, and KRW 1,000 in Chinese identification card, and KRW 220,000 in cash owned by the victim L.

C. From around 08:00 to around 09:00 on June 12, 2016, the Defendant opened and intruded a door of “N” in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M 501, and the victim’s O located in Yeongdeungpo-gu 501, and stolen money and valuables worth KRW 3,900,000, total amounting to KRW 1,200,000, the market price of Samsung Nowon-gu 1,200, the market price of the victim’s O located in the room, and KRW 400,000.

around 08:10 on May 25, 2016, the Defendant opened and intruded a door that was not set up in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City P from May 25, 2016.
