"2015 Highest 369"

1. On February 14, 2015, around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) opened an external window leading to the interior room of the building and intruded into the inside room; (b) stolen the Defendant’s total amount of KRW 2,150,00,000,000, including, but not limited to, KRW 300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

2. On February 2, 2015, around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door and intruded into the door by opening the back door in two hands; and (b) cut off the door in an amount equivalent to KRW 180,000,000,000, total of the market price of the victim’s possession in custody at that place, 2.155,000,000 won; and (c) cut off the door in an amount equivalent to KRW 350,000,000,000,000,000 won.

3. On February 26, 2015, around 01:54, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that is not set aside from the building outer wall and intruded into it; and (b) cut off cash equivalent to KRW 2.50,000,000, which is the victim’s possession at the relevant carter’s treasury.

1. On May 3, 2015, from around 16:15 to 16:25, the Defendant intruded into an exclusive office of 7th floor of CGV Jeju located in 288, Seo-si, Jeju, and stolen the Defendant’s cash 20,000 won, identification card, TRV card, and 50,000 won for male employees, which are not corrected.

2. The Defendant, who intrudes into the above office at one time and at one place again, takes away an amount of 100,000 won in cash owned by the victimO (21 years old), bus cards, keyss, and security cards.
