A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the underground parking lot of the building of the building in Ansan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Ansan-si on April 10, 2017, the Defendant: (b) opened a door door-to-door car parked by the victim D with no correction of the said car; and (c) intruded into the vehicle inside the vehicle; and (d) stolen the vehicle by bringing one LG GG G4 smartphone, which is the victim’s ownership in the grbbbb Park, to bring about the victim’s KRW 800,00
2. On April 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to a driver’s seat that was parked by the victim G on a vehicle in the Hco-gu, Ansan-si; (b) infringed on the vehicle inside the vehicle; and (c) stolen KRW 20,000,000 in cash, which was owned by the victim of the vehicle, at the parking lot located in Ansan-si, YF around the new wall of the Defendant.
3. On April 22, 2017, around Pyeongtaek-si 23:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat, which was parked by the victim J, and intruded inside the vehicle, into the vehicle, and stolen Samsung 21,000, the market value on the front of the vehicle’s assistant seat, which is equivalent to KRW 400,000,000,000,000,000.
4. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered a numberless vehicle that was parked in the vicinity of the Seosan-si, Ansan-si, Annsan-si, the Defendant left the said vehicle’s hand in order to steal property; (b) however, the Defendant failed to bring the said vehicle’s door to his/her intention and failed to commit a crime.
5. On April 24, 2017, around 00:37, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat in the OSP car parked by the victim N, and intruded the inside of the vehicle into the vehicle, and stolen the vehicle by bringing about one half of the half of the market value of the victim, which was the victim’s possession of the vehicle, and KRW 10,000,000,000 in cash.
6. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered a numberless vehicle that is parked near the Gu P of Ansan-si, Ansan-si on April 24, 2017 and sought to steals property.
