A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night theft;

A. On September 3, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into the house with a window where the studio pipe 201 was not dried up; (b) on September 3, 2013, at around 22:0, the Defendant: (c) opened and intruded into the house with a window where the studio pipe pipe was not dried up; (d) one computer in an amount equivalent to 1.2 million won in the market price owned by the victim; (e) four studio in cash; (e) one cellular phone in an amount of 700,000 won in the market price; and (e) one studio in an amount of 400,000 won in the market price; and (e) thefted with a 14K flux in the market price

B. On September 11, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into a house a window where the studio gas pipe was not locked up at the residence of the victim F of the building 205, MUE; (b) and (c) cut off with a single strip North Korea, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 700,000,000,000 in sight of 90,000,000,000 won in the market price of the building 20,000 won.

C. On September 20, 2013, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into the house a window where the studio gas pipe was not locked up at the residence of the victim H of the G Building 203, Busan Metropolitan City; and (b) cut off with 2,400,000 Chinese currency worth equivalent to 300,000 won in the market price owned by the victim, and 500,000 Chinese currency equivalent to 50,000,000 Chinese currency.

On September 19, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into the house with a window where the studio gas pipe was not locked up; and (b) cut off with one studer computer in a size equivalent to 3 million won in the market price owned by the victim; (c) one glar in a size equivalent to 2 million won in the market price; (d) one glar in an amount equivalent to 2.5 million won in the market price; and (e) one glar in an amount equivalent to 1,50,000 won in cash, which was 1,000 won in the market price.

2. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. On November 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s name in the LPC located in K in Silsan-si, with one unit of SKY mobilephone equivalent to KRW 700,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim’s name.
