Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who served as the president of E in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu from February 16, 2008 to February 15, 2012, and Defendant B is a person who served as a director of E for the same period.
No one shall engage in an election campaign other than the production and distribution of election campaign bulletins issued by community credit cooperatives and appeals for support at the community credit cooperatives in connection with the election of executive officers E implemented on February 10, 2012.
1. Notwithstanding Defendant A, the Defendant, at around 10:50 on February 8, 2012, called, “Seongdong-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., by phone (F) from U.S., to G (H) as the representative of the Defendant’s mobile phone (F) and called, “I have the right to the Saemaul Treasury A. I have the right to the highest wind. I have the right to do so. I called, “I have the right to do so. I have the right to do so. I have the right to request.”
In addition, the Defendant carried out an election campaign from February 8, 2012 to February 13:26 of the same day by calling to 15 E representatives from February 8, 2012 to 13:26 of the same day.
2. On February 7, 2012, at around 09:57, the Defendant called, “Am, sign No. 1 B,” by phone call from Ulsan-gu Imar apartment (J) 206 dong 505, Ulsan-gu, the Defendant’s residence, and called, “Am and sign No. 1 B. B, the Vice President of the community credit cooperatives, shall be extracted from the E’s representative, and then she shall be stamped at the face of this E” on February 15:54, 2012, the Defendant called, “Am and sign No. 1 B, the Vice President of the community credit cooperatives, shall be extracted from each other.”
As such, the Defendant carried out an election campaign by calling for two representatives of E to support themselves.
