Punishment of the crime

Defendants were candidates for the non-standing director election of K Agricultural Cooperatives implemented on January 24, 2014.

No person shall engage in an election campaign other than distributing official electoral bulletin in connection with the election of directors.

1. Notwithstanding Defendant A, at around 08:04 on January 16, 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in South-Namnam-gun L, called “to request a director’s vote well,” and called “to request a director’s election,” made an election campaign by claiming support from 44 voters on a total of 127 occasions as shown in the separate crime list (1) from January 23, 2014, from that time, he/she complained of support by calling for support from 127 electors.
