A Imprisonment of 10 months, Defendant B’s fine of 5,00,000 won, Defendant C, D, E, F, and H are punished by a fine of 3,00,000,00 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who was elected as a director by running a candidate for an election of a director of M agricultural cooperative (eight-party election) elected as a representative election system (two-party election) (two-party election), and is elected as a director.

No person shall provide any property interest, such as goods, to a member or his/her family for the purpose of having him/herself or a specific person elected as an executive or representative of a local agricultural cooperative.

Nevertheless, for the purpose of getting himself elected in the above election, the defendant provided cash to I who is a representative of the above NA members, and introduced I to offer cash to G, B, D, and C, who is a director or auditor who is in a pro rata with the defendant, for the purpose of getting him elected in the above election. A.

On December 29, 2012, the Defendant provided 50,000 won in cash to I for the purpose of being elected as a director in the above election at the “O” restaurant located N around N in the P.M. on December 29, 2012.

B. The Defendant and G co-principal committed a joint crime in collusion with G to be removed from directors at the time and place described in the foregoing paragraph (a), and introduced G to the above place so that G may provide the said one with cash. G provided KRW 500,000 in cash to G to the effect that he/she supports himself/herself in an election.

C. On January 15, 2013, the Defendant and B, in collusion with the Defendant’s “ Q Q” fireworks in the Defendant’s operation of P on P on P on January 15, 2013, the Defendant introduced I as the above fireworks so that B may provide cash to I, and B provided KRW 300,000 in cash to I in the election.
