Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2013, at around 14:25, the Defendant participated in the “pre-convening of the 123th World Labor Section D Workers’ Competition in the 123th World Labor Section D Korea, which was organized by the C Workers’ Union at the Seoul plaza located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, and continued to participate in the “123th World Labor Section D Workers’ Campaign” held by D at the same place as D around the same day on the same day.

At around 17:20 on the same day, the Defendant, while moving approximately 2,00 participants in the above Korean Workers' Congress and approximately 2,00 persons, 2,00 Taepyeong-ro 2, Jung-gu, Seoul, had moved to the flux hotel located in 23, and attempted to enter the flux by 18:20 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
