Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:30 on May 1, 2013, the Defendant participated in the 123th World Labor-Woman's World Labor-Woman's World Labor-Woman's Games, which was organized by the Korean Federation of Workers' Unions in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu.

At around 17:30 of the same day, the Defendant, while moving approximately 2,00 participants in the above Korean Workers' Congress and approximately 2,00, 200 Taepyeong-ro 2, Jung-gu, Seoul, had tried to enter the zone by 18:20 on the same day while occupying an exclusive lane.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
