Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the Korea Trade Union E-Council of the Seoul F Branch of the Seoul F Branch of the Korea Federation, who is working as the head of the organization bureau and the head of the above F Branch's site.

On May 1, 2013, at around 14:25, the Defendant participated in the “pre-convening of the 123th World Labor Section C Korean Workers’ Competition in the 123th World Labor Section, which was organized by the D Workers’ Union at the Seoul square located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, and continued to participate in the “123th World Labor Section C Workers’ Competition in the 15th World Labor Section, which was organized by the CF at the same place.”

At around 17:20 on the same day, the Defendant, while moving approximately 2,00 participants in the above Korean Workers' Congress and approximately 2,00 persons, 2,00 Taepyeong-ro 2, Jung-gu, Seoul, had moved to the flux hotel located in 23, and attempted to enter the flux by 18:20 on the same day.

As above, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the above assembly and interfered with the traffic of the road.
