Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chief of the department in charge of the C-A-A-A-A-A-U.

At around 17:30 on May 1, 2013, the Defendant tried to enter the zone by 18:20 on the same day, with approximately 2,00 participants who participated in the 123th World Labor Section B World Workers' Competition in the 123th World Labor Section B, which was hosted by B at the Seoul plaza located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, as well as 2,000 vehicles in front of the road in front of the Plason hotel located in Seoul, and tried to enter the zone by 18:20 on the same day.
