Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for four months and two years of suspended execution in Busan District Court on June 28, 2018 and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 28, 2018.

1. Around 04:40 on February 17, 2019, the Defendant, at the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, around 04:40, posted a trial cost to the employees of the above convenience store without any reason, who received the said employees’ 112 report, and the victim E of the police station D District of Busan, the Busan, who was called out after receiving the said employees’ 112 report prevents the Defendant, and there were several persons, including the said employees and the owners of the business, insulting the victim, thereby publicly insulting the victim.

At around 06:25 on the same day, the Defendant used the 1st floor of the Busan Police Station located in Busan High-ro 111, Busan High-gu, Busan High-ro, which used the Defendant’s new illness to take over the Defendant’s disease to the Busan High-gu Police Station, and used the Defendant’s son who used the Defendant’s gate at one time the left eye of the said F.
