Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 18, 2020, around 01:40 on March 18, 2020, the Defendant engaged in the performance of official duties, in front of the Busan Police Station, located at 01:1:40 on March 18, 2020, the Defendant assaulted B, in his hand, who was solicited to return home from B, such as taking a bath to the auxiliary police officer B and C belonging to the Busan Police Station where he was on duty at the time, and taking a bath, etc., during which he was urged to return home, and used B’s flaps, such as cutting down B’s flaps, and pushed down C’s flab with flab, and flabing C’s flaps.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of auxiliary police officers such as confirmation and control of visitors to police stations.

2. On March 18, 2020, around 01:50 on March 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender committing an offense of obstruction of performance of official duties at the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 01:50 on March 18, 2020; and (b) in the course of moving the patrol lane, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant by taking a bath to the E police officer belonging to the Busan Jin Police Station D District Unit, with his hand, by cutting off and

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer.

3. On March 18, 2020, at around 01:55 on the same day, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender of the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, and transported to the Busan Police Station D district located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and waiting in the waiting room, and he was forced to remove the place from the slope G belonging to the above earth, thereby breading G’s hand by force, and booming the breath, and booming the E’s face, and brining the E’s face.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on their duties in the earth, and at the same time, inflicted on the victim E with salt and tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
