A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of one hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on April 17, 2020, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) taken a passenger on the E-si operated by D in front of the “C” located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan; and (b) did not pay KRW 4,500, a taxi fee of KRW 4,50 on the street in front of the G district located in F in the Busan Jin-gu; and (c) did not pay the taxi fee of KRW 4,500 on the part of the business

2. On April 17, 2020, around G District, 23:05, the Defendant: (a) filed a civil petition with a slope, etc. belonging to the Busan High Police Station G District for the foregoing reason; (b) stated that “H et al. shall pay the Defendant money in the drunken state while drinking the case; and (c) stated that “h et al. shall pay the Defendant money in advance; (d) I shall write off the H’s flaps; and (e) flaps the flaps; and (e) assault H’s flaps; and (e) assault H’s flaps by removing the flab on the right shoulder part of H; and (e) assault H’s flaps to the point of way.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of public duties of police officials.

3. Private signature, forgery, and uttering of a false investigation or signature;

A. At around 23:10 on April 17, 2020, the Defendant arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender of obstruction of performance of official duties in the G District as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), and notified the Defendant’s name and resident registration number, instead of the Defendant’s name and resident registration number, to the police officer belonging to the said G District as a flagrant offender, and without authority, signed the name of the J in lieu of the Defendant’s resident registration number, and issued the Defendant’s unmanned seal to the police officer I without knowledge of the fact.

B. On April 18, 2020, the Defendant received an investigation into the obstruction of the performance of official duties from the Busan Police Station and K office located in Busan Jin-ro 111-gil, Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and from the police officer L belonging to the above police station, the Defendant notified L of the name and resident registration number of J, without authority in the statement column of the suspect interrogation protocol, signed the name of J without authority in the statement column of the suspect interrogation protocol, affixed the Defendant’s unmanned seal, and then he knows it.
