A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Railroad Safety Act at the Busan District Court on January 10, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on February 20, 2013.

1. On May 29, 2013, around 06:25, the Defendant was notified of a place where entry is prohibited and demanded to verify personal information, upon receiving a report from the head of the police station affiliated with the Busan Jin-gu Police Station D District D District D, which was called out after the Defendant attempted to sleep in the public area located in Busan Jin-gu C, Busan.

The Defendant, who notified the above E of false personal information, was required to accompany the said E to the district for the purpose of confirming personal information, stated that “the sprinke, sprink, and fumbbbbbs” was “the fumbbbbs,” and assaulted the above E by putting the fumbbbbbbbs on hand with the wall, and then being sealed by the head, and thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the crime prevention and maintenance of order.

2. On May 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender in the D District located in Busan, Busan, on the grounds of the crime as referred to in paragraph (1) at the D District located in the Busan, Busan, on May 29, 2013; (b) went through several times due to a person who is requested by a slope G belonging to the said District to verify his/her personal information; and (c) expressed a bath to the said G, which requires him/her to sit immediately on his/her seat; and (d) assaulting the back part of the said G to walk once, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the crime prevention and investigation.

3. On May 29, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant was waiting to undergo an investigation at the Busan High Police Station Criminal Division and Office located in Busan High-dong 408-4, Busan High-dong, and was waiting to leave from the above police station without any word, and the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to crime prevention and investigation.

4. On May 29, 2013, the Defendant is in the criminal charge of the Busan Jinjin Police Station and in front toilets of the office around October 2013.
