A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 9, 2017, around 02:50, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim D’s taxi in front of the C club located in Busan District, Busan District; (b) took the taxi as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the taxi fee, and (c) took place as if he did so, the Defendant, at around 03:00 on the same day, let the victim operate the taxi even before the YY-gu, Busan District, the YY-gu, Busan District, where he did not have the intent or ability to pay the taxi fee.

2. 3.
