Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 3, 2015, the Defendant sent the same attitude that he would normally pay taxi charges on the roads located in the Dong-dong, Busan, Dong-dong, Busan, on October 3, 2015. On the other hand, the Defendant was boarding D-si, which the victim C drives, and was making a false statement in the future of the Cheong-do, Gyeong-do.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay taxi charges due to the absence of cash and card balance at all.

The defendant had the victim operate the taxi from the above place to the front road at the bottom of 2,400 won at the bottom of the Busan Heung-gu, and did not pay 22,40 won to the owner of the taxi.

In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.

On February 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 02:30 on February 12, 2016, the victim E was boarding a F taxi and operated by the victim E to the Cheongdo-do-do-si.

However, since there was no money owned by the defendant at the time, there was no intention or ability to pay the taxi fee to the victim.

The defendant had the victim operate the above taxi and did not pay 11,200 won of the taxi fee.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits by deceiving the victim.

On February 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 18:20 on February 26, 2016, the victim G was boarding a taxi operated by the victim G to the Cheongdo-do-do-do-si, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and operated the taxi to the Cheongdo-do.

However, since there was no money owned by the defendant at the time, there was no intention or ability to pay the taxi fee to the victim.

The defendant had the victim operate the above taxi and did not pay 7,600 won of the taxi fee.

In this respect, the defendant has taken advantage of property interest by deceiving the victim.
