A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 28, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to a maximum of two years of imprisonment for special robbery, etc. and a short of one year and six months of imprisonment, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory on April 5, 201.

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;
A. On April 28, 2012, around 19:30 on April 28, 2012, the Defendant embezzled the property that he/she would have assumed, without following necessary procedures such as acquiring one copy (credit card number) of the victim’s C, and returning it to the victim, within the Gangnam C Bus Terminal located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 19-3, Seocho-gu 19-3.
B. On May 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate owned by the lost victim E; and (b) did not follow necessary procedures such as returning the victim to the victim; and (c) embezzled the property that would bring about to his/her own mind and left the possession of the victim.
C. On May 6, 2012, around 2:00, the Defendant: (a) obtained one resident registration certificate owned by the victim G, one SK card (credit card number: H); (b) one new national love card (credit card number: I); U-PLEX card 1 (credit card number: J); (c) CJONE card 1 (credit card number: K); and (d) embezzled the property from the possession of the victim, without taking necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.
At around 02:30 on May 6, 2012, the Defendant embezzled the property that he had, without taking necessary procedures such as acquiring a new card (credit number: N) and a GSS Market card (O) owned by the victim M, and returning it to the victim, in front of the exit area 9, the Hong-dong subway No. 2 of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seodong subway No. 2. The Defendant embezzled the property that he/she had, on his/her idea, left from the possession of the victim.
2. Robbery;
A. The Defendant around 04:00 on May 5, 2012, to Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P.
