A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

"2016 Highest 3382"
1. On March 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a E-Poter vehicle in the section of about four meters prior to the road in front of the 11st general house of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.137% at around 19:05 without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle; (b) on March 20, 2016, the Defendant driven a E-Poter vehicle from the section of about four meters prior to the road in front of the 11st general house of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.
2. On March 20, 2016, the Defendant forged the Defendant’s pro-friendly H’s signature in the “H”-type column of PDA’s signature that printed out the notice of the results of the driving control, which was entered “I” in the resident number column, and forged the Defendant’s signature on the front side of the PDA’s signature that was entered in the PDA’s signature, and forged the Defendant’s signature on the front side of the PDA’s signature that was entered in the PDA’s signature that was concluded by means of the PDA’s entry container, and by means of a genuine signature that was signed on the front side of the aforementioned notification of the results of the driving control, the Defendant exercised it by means of a false output of the forged signature on the front side of the aforementioned notification of the results of the driving control.

Accordingly, the defendant is able to escape from the situation that the above H was discovered by driving under drinking.
