A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2013, the Defendant, at the third female toilets in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, tried to take a photograph of women who are viewed as melting in the third female toilets in the Dnonoe room building in Seo-gu, Incheon.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On June 26, 2013, the Defendant, at around 14:00, engaged in self-defense in the front partitions among female toilets on the third floor of the building in question, taken the image of the female’s strings through potent 3 mobile phone cameras by the Defendant, who entered the next partitions (a woman suffering from an English name on the side surface).

B. At around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant, while engaging in self-defense at the same place as above, took a photograph of a female’s appearance in the following manner, to enter the victim (a woman who has a white tension, a female who has a painting flab).

C. At around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant, while engaging in self-defense at the same place as above, took the appearance of the female in the above manner, to have entered by the victim (any woman who was on the bee color retail, fin-loak) in the next column.

At around 18:15 on the same day, the Defendant, while committing an act of self-defense at the same place as above, had taken the appearance of a female in the above manner, in which the victim E (the 30-year old age), entered the next partitions.

Accordingly, the defendant taken four times against his will another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mobile phone with a camera function.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence in public places) intruded on public toilets, which are public places, at the same time and place as above, with a view to meeting his/her sexual desire as above.

3. The Defendant is a victim E at the same time and place as the above 1-D.
