Criminal facts

1. Around August 22, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion into public use places for sexual purposes) entered the front section of a female toilet with a view to complying with the appearance that women are melting at the third floor of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building and committing self-defense.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on a female toilet, which is a public use place, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

2. Around August 31, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by Forced Intrusion on Residence) and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by Forced Intrusion on Residence), followed the appearance of women on the first floor of the building in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in order to commit self-defense or to commit an indecent act against the said women, entered into the marc column of female toilets for the purpose of committing an indecent act against the said women, and confirmed the marced victim D (a name, mar, 30 years of age) and the marc of the victim by checking the marc and the marced part of the victim.

As a result, the Defendant intruded on female toilets, which are public use places, with a view to meeting his sexual desire, and invaded into the room occupied by the victim, and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

3.
