Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 5, 2014, the Defendant, around 15:09 on May 5, 2014, entered the 3rd women’s toilets in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, “C” in the reading room, with a view to having the image of the women’s melting the sides, and entered the said toilet.
Around that time, the Defendant, who entered the side side screen of the victim, took a picture that the victim sees urine against the victim's will using the cell phone function while pushing the Defendant's cell phone, and using the camera function.
At around 15:09 on the same day, the Defendant continued to have taken the following measures against the victim’s will, by the aforementioned method, the victim under the name in question, who got out of and went out of, and had been able to view another victim under another name in question.
Accordingly, the defendant intruded on public toilets for the purpose of meeting his own sexual desire, and taken the body of victims who might cause sexual humiliation using mobile phones against their will.
2. On May 10, 2014, around 16:44, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around the same month, had a mind to have the appearance of a woman’s melting the female’s melting side by entering the melting column in that place, and had the appearance of the victim under the name in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) taken out against the victim’s will.
Accordingly, the defendant intruded on public toilets for the purpose of meeting his own sexual desire, and taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using mobile phones against his will.
3. On May 12, 2014, the Defendant, at around 14:22, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) on May 12, 2014, had the intent to photograph the appearance of a woman’s melting the appearance of a female’s melting the alteration of the use in the said place, and had the victim under the same method as the stated in paragraph (1) enter the front partitions.
