Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime against the name of the victim;

A. On May 23, 2019, between 14:00-15:00 on May 23, 2019, the Defendant entered the said toilets in order to photograph women’s appearance to satisfy their sexual desire when they came to the five-story female toilets in Jinju City, with a view to satisfying their sexual desire.

Accordingly, the Defendant intruded on public use places used by many unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

B. The Defendant above A.

Accordingly, the Defendant intruded on public use places used by many unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

B. The Defendant above A.

The victim C (n, 26 years of age, 26 years of age) used the galle function in the cellular phone (gallon ballon 2) located in the Defendant’s cellular phone (gallon 2) owned by the Defendant and taken the victim’s form to view the galle for about 42 seconds.

Accordingly, the defendant's body is the victim's body to view the side that could cause a sense of sexual shame.
