Criminal facts

On December 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year in the Changwon District Court for the crime of larceny at night, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Prison on December 10, 2018.

1. On December 10, 2018, the Defendant entering the building was at C High School located in Kimhae-si B around 07:18, 2018. Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on toilets used by many unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting sexual desire.
