Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 23, 2014, from around 04:45 to around 04:5, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) at the Jeju East Police Station C District located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si; (b) at the Jeju-si Police Station C District; (c) while under the influence of alcohol, a police officer brought a dispute with D, with his/her will to file a complaint with his/her will; (d) he/she set the table, with his/her hand, with his/her hand, and (e) called “spack, lock, and arrest,” and (e) went through a very rough and disorderly speech and behavior for about 10 minutes.

2. Around 05:00 on September 23, 2014, the Defendant was arrested in the act of committing a crime in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (an act of revocation at the government office) as stated in paragraph (1) at the above C District, and was released on the same day on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of public peace and order of police officers working in the above C District.

3. On September 23, 2014, around 13:03, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties, such as the description in paragraph (2); (b) and (c) took a bath, thereby damaging public goods by shouldering one of the window trussess of the above Zone C, which is equivalent to KRW 286,000, market price, by shocking his head lines several times.
