1. 모욕 피고인은 2019. 6. 22. 02:20경 용인시 처인구 B에 있는 경기용인동부경찰서 C지구대의 주차장에서 피고인의 일행인 D, E, F의 폭력사건으로 위 C지구대를 찾아가 위 폭력사건의 상대방 인적사항을 알려달라고 하였음에도 위 C지구대 소속 경찰관인 피해자 G 및 피해자 H으로부터 이를 거부당하고, 사건이 종결되었으니 귀가하라는 요구를 받았다는 이유로 화가 나, D, F, E 등이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자들에게 “씹새끼들아, 경찰관이 대세냐, 병신들아, 잡아가봐 짭새 새끼들아”라고 소리치는 등 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
