A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to editing illness, etc.:

1. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On September 24, 2016, around 04:58, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by finding out the victim E (n, 20 years of age) in front of the D cafeteria located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act.

B. From around 00:00 on October 4, 2016 to around 05:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) had the victim H (the age of 23) who was in company with drinking alcohol on a simple table set up in G Mart in front of G Mart in Incheon Bupyeong-gu; (b) had the victim H who was in company with drinking alcohol on the top of G Mart in Incheon Bupyeong-gu; (c) had the victim’s bridge that was suffering from a short reflector; and (d) had the victim’s bridge that had been suffering from the short reflector; and (e) “N

The phrase “Ilveyu marmar” was read as “Ilve mar,” and the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by rhuming the left part of the victim.

On October 14, 2016, at around 00:00, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the Defendant, who, alone under the influence of alcohol by the Victim K (Woo, 31) and his husband, committed an indecent act against the Victim by forcing the Victim to commit a disturbance, such as frighting at the street of the J-gu Incheon, and by inserting the Victim’s chest on the street before the J convenience store, the Defendant committed an indecent act by forcing the Victim to commit an indecent act against the Victim’s defect.

2. Violence Victim L (27) and K are between husband and wife.

The Defendant committed an indecent act at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1)(c), and at the same time and place as above, committed an indecent act against K, and subsequently, committed an assault against the victim by plucking the Defendant’s body and breaking up his fingers and fingers.
