A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 5, 2017, around 07:56, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B, committed an indecent act by putting the victim B (the 33 years old) on the ground of the “D S Syna” room located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a view to forcing the victim B (the 33 years old) to commit an indecent act, using the part of the victim’s left part of the victim’s body in a locked situation, and committing an indecent act by force against the victim’s side at the same place on May 5, 2017.

2. From around 08:00 to around 09:05 on May 5, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim’s name-free women with a view to forcing the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim’s name-free women in the same place as paragraph (1). 3. On May 5, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim E with intent to forcibly commit an indecent act against the victim E (the victim 27 years of age) who was living in the same place as that of paragraph (1) on May 5, 2017, and committed an indecent act against the victim by forcing him/her to commit an indecent act against the victim, such as taking a part in the victim’s side where he/she is unable to resist on the locked, leading him/her to the assaulting of his/her her s

From May 5, 2017 to around 08:38 on the same day, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim F with intent to forcibly commit an indecent act against the victim F (name, age 20) who was taking place in the same place as paragraph (1) during the period from around 08:42 on the same day, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by holding the victim’s arms and body in a locked state on hand.
