A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On April 10, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim D (the age of 13 at that time), who is his/her mother, living together, at around 10:00, in the south-gu apartment operation 504, with his/her own residence, with the intent of forcing the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim, who is his/her child or juvenile, on one hand, after allowing the victim to be living in the ward.
