A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On February 19, 2017, around 00:18, the Defendant attempted to forcibly commit an indecent act: (a) discovered the victim D (at the age of 21) and attempted to commit an indecent act against the victim; and (b) followed the victim by committing an indecent act against the victim; and (c) sought to have the victim scambling by taking the victim’s scam, and (d) tried to have the victim scam by taking the victim’s scam, but the victim did not have the wind to escape, and was scam back to the victim’s hand.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to commit an indecent act by force against the victim.

2. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On February 19, 2017, around 01:50 on February 19, 2017, the Defendant discovered the victim F (e.g., 20 years of age) who walked in front of the Nam-gu Seoul Southern-gu E, and attempted to commit an indecent act against the victim, and followed the victim by going through a stop in front of the G Mart in the same Dong and look at the victim’s sexual organ.

B. On February 19, 2017, around 02:18, the Defendant: (a) discovered a female under the name of the married woman in front of the I restaurant located in Gwangju Nam-gu, Gwangju; and (b) followed the victim with a mind to force the victim to commit an indecent act; (c) included the victim’s own loss between the victim’s bridge and the victim’s leg; and (d) committed an indecent act by force the victim by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act.

3. On February 20, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, tried to find out the victim L (or 16 years old) and to force the victim to commit an indecent act.
