A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 29, 2014, the Defendant’s indecent act against the victim D was committed on the street in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, and the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, and was in the manner of finding the victim D (a person, fel, 21 years old) and committing an indecent act against the victim, and the Defendant was in the mind of having the victim taken charge of the victim’s chest on his/her own hand with his/her own hand, who intends to see the victim’s stairs in his/her residence.

A.
