A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an actual operator of “C” and “D (State)” in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and is a person who provides transportation services, such as leasing chartered buses.

When the Defendant leases buses for field experience study, etc. at schools at Busan level, the Defendant usually demanded that a school that intends to rent chartered buses be transported within five years from the date of delivery in order to ensure the safety of students. However, as the vehicles meeting the above conditions are insufficient at the time of dispatch, the Defendant was willing to submit to the school by altering the “the date of initial registration” and “the date of annual registration” of the motor vehicle registration certificate, which is equipped with documents, as if the vehicle was within five years after delivery.

1. C-related crimes;

A. On March 201, the Defendant modified an official document by adding the number of “2006” portion of “2006” and “2006” portion of “206” portion of “2006,” which was reproduced from the registration certificate of another new bus, to “2007” portion of “207,” in the upper right side of the F bus registration certificate of the leased vehicle, while preparing documents related to the lease of buses to be provided at the above office in Busan E, the Defendant revised the first registration date to “16 January 2007,” “207,” and “207,” as shown in the annexed Table (1) from around April 201 to September 1, 201.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is a public document, has changed the registration certificate in the name of the director of the Busan Metropolitan City Motor Vehicle Registration Business.

B. The Defendant holding an altered official document shall submit a copy of a motor vehicle registration certificate altered as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) to the E-middle school administrative office employee who is aware of such alteration through his/her employee during the period of March 2011, and shall do so in the same way five times, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from Apr. 2, 2010 to Sept. 201.
