A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of "C" located in Busan Jin-gu B (State), who is engaged in transportation services such as lease of chartered buses and others.

When the Defendant leases buses for field experience study, etc. at schools at Busan level, the Defendant usually demanded that a school that intends to rent chartered buses be transported within five years from the date of delivery in order to ensure the safety of students. However, as the vehicles meeting the above conditions are insufficient at the time of dispatch, the Defendant was willing to submit to the school by altering the “the date of initial registration” and “the date of annual registration” of the motor vehicle registration certificate, which is equipped with documents, as if the vehicle was within five years after delivery.

On April 201, the Defendant modified official documents by inserting the number of “205” and “2006” in the first registration date of “205” and “206” in the column of “205,” which is the leased vehicle, in preparing documents related to bus rental of buses to be provided to Busan High School at the above office, and modifying the first registration date into “207,00,007,” “205,000,0000,000,0000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is a public document, has changed the registration certificate in the name of the director of the Busan Metropolitan City Motor Vehicle Registration Business.

2. The Defendant in the course of uttering of an altered official document shall be F’s registration certificate of the change, as stated in paragraph 1, around April 7, 201.
